Our team of experts reviews and analyzes properties for clients and vets them thoroughly to ensure the highest potential yield for the investment return. RealPro will present these properties or land to clients for Renovation or Building.

Reno & Build
After discussing the budget, strategy, and securing the property or land, RealPro's team of expert Builders and Contractors begin to execute the property renovation or new build construction.

Rent or Sell
RealPro's one-on-one discussion will determine the clients' need for a long-term rental property, a short-term renovation, or build-to-sell property. Our team of Realtors will market, evaluate, and ensure the highest qualified tenants for your rental property.

Property Management
RealPro understands the need for managing a property. After the Renovation is complete, we offer services to manage the property, handle repairs, and assist in tenant management.

Year-End Reviews
